To cancel or reschedule an appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours in advanced. This allows us to provide better service and attention to your requests. Failure to notify us within 24 hours will result in a 50% charge of the total.

No notification and the appointment is missed out, the full service fee will be charged as if the work had been taken.
